C Side Estate is a brand-new beach house on the north side of Little Exuma, in Forbes Hill / Williams Town — oceanfront on a sandbar stretch with steps down to turquoise water that stays relatively calm. The main house holds three ensuite bedrooms; two private pool cabanas (one king, one with two doubles) bring the count to five bedrooms and six baths, sleeping up to fourteen.
Days bounce between the heated pool, the covered patio, and the sand right off the property. Kayaks and paddles are on hand; Starlink covers wifi, and a backup generator covers the occasional outage. An on-call property manager who lives on island can arrange groceries, boat charters, chefs, and the usual Exuma logistics so you’re not improvising from a rental car.
Worth knowing: this is a car-dependent spot — about 45 minutes from Exuma International (GGT) and 20 minutes from George Town groceries. Boat anchoring at the property for long stretches isn’t advised. Rates move by season on the host schedule, with a four-night minimum most of the year.
